How quickly will you respond to my message?+
We respond to every inquiry within one business day. If you need help right away, call us at (410) 590-5572 — someone is available during business hours at all four Maryland locations.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?+
Walk-ins are welcome at all four locations during business hours, but we strongly recommend booking an appointment so a licensed provider can dedicate time to your hearing test, consultation, or device fitting.
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. Hearing tests, hearing aid demonstrations, and consultations are completely free with no obligation to purchase. We also clean and check existing hearing aids — even ones you didn't buy from us — at no charge.
What are your hours?+
All four locations are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary — call ahead if you're planning a visit on a holiday.
